Online wedding RSVPs let guests respond to your invitation directly through your wedding website — no paper cards, no stamps, no chasing people by phone. Guests open your wedding website link, fill in their name, attendance, guest count, and dietary needs, and submit in seconds. With WedWiz, every RSVP response is sent straight to your email inbox as it arrives, so you can manage your wedding guest list in real time with no extra logins or dashboards.
Not at all. The builder is a simple form — fill in your details, upload photos, and click Publish. No code, no technical knowledge required.
Once you've filled in your details in the builder, click the Publish Live button. Two things happen next:
1. Preview with watermark (free) — Your page goes live instantly and you receive a link to view it. At this stage a small WedWiz watermark appears on the page, so you can share it with your partner and check everything looks perfect before paying.
2. Remove the watermark ($29 one-time) — When you're happy, click Purchase to go live. After the one-time $29 payment the watermark is removed and your page is fully live — clean, beautiful, and ready to share with all your guests on your personalised link (like jake-and-emma.wedwiz.app).
Yes — you can edit your page as many times as you like, even after purchasing. After your payment is complete, WedWiz sends you a confirmation email with a unique personal edit link — something like wedwiz.app/builder.html?token=xxxx. Bookmark it, because this is your key back into the builder at any time, from any browser, with no account or password needed.
Simply open that link, make your changes (update your RSVP deadline, add new photos, adjust the schedule, correct a venue address — anything), and click Update Live Page. Your changes go live immediately and your personalised guest link stays exactly the same — no need to re-share it.
When a guest submits the RSVP form, their response — name, attendance, guest count, and dietary needs — is sent directly to your email address. No third-party dashboards, no logging in anywhere.
